Well, this one is even simplier than yesterday's craft for making reusable Dora the Explorer counting cards! :)
Let's begin! Here is supply list:
- piece of cardboard (inserts from shirts or similar)
- pencil
- ruler
- scissors
- Dora the Explorer stickers - our booklet had 2 of each stickers inside. I couldn't find this exact online but you can purchase some cheap booklets and see if they have a matching pictures.
HOW TO:
Cut pieces of cardboard in squares using pencil, ruler and scissors. Our cards are 5 cm x 5 cm (2 in x 2 in) but size of the cards will depend on the size of the stickers you have so measure them first before cutting the cards.
After that, simply stick same stickers on 2 pieces of cardboard cards you've cut. Here is how our cars turned out:
Of course, you can pick some other cartoon character or theme for your child's memory cards! Which ever theme you want to work on!
We'll have a little break from Dora til Tuesday :) On Tuesday, I'll share how to make your own Write and Wipe Activity Book with Dora the Explorer!
